Instead of being ping-ponged to different department like in other companies, they take all of your inquiries and concerns directly and plan accordingly. They helped me choose the best option for the pricing and moving arrangement. They charged according to the quote they gave with no extra hidden fees! Their pick-up and delivery time were punctual, and they were friendly and professional. They took care of my furniture; secured it in the truck and covered them with moving blanket.
